Flexible Searching and Browsing for Telecoms Learning Material

In this paper, we describe the flexible searching and browsing tool for the telecoms learning material: the “Knowledge Navigator”. This tool was developed in the context of the European Commission sponsored project CANDLE (Collaborative and Network-based Distributed Learning Environment).
